“Technology, Clinical Management and Management” Traumatology and Orthopedics

 

Premise:

Over the last 15 years, Cestas, together with its Italian and international colleges, has organized over 70 postgraduate courses, attended by more than 7200 professionals, of which, 7000 are from developing countries. Cestas has also organized about 900 study abroad periods, exchange programs, and training on the job in Italy, featuring a combination of theoretical lessons with practical activities and educational visits to institutions and companies.

Presentation

The didactic visits program to institutions, structures, and research centers is aimed at two “lifelong learning” objectives: fostering exchanges between doctors, researchers, and experts in different health services; provide professional updating on priority issues in the healthcare field. They are part of the Scientific Committee of Professors of the Universities of Bologna and Parma, healthcare managers and referents of the Emilia-Romagna Region and the local health companies of Bologna and Ferrara.

Methodology
Il programma prevede 15 giorni intensivi di studio con un 25% di lezioni teoriche a cura di docenti universitari ed esperti sanitari ed un 75% di attività di training on the job attraverso visite scientifiche e di scambio professionale ad istituzioni sanitarie ed organizzazioni di ricerca, in cui i partecipanti saranno affiancati da esperti e specialisti. Totale (16+24+20)= 60ore
